THE UPSC Civil Services Preliminary Examination 2019 is scheduled to be held on june 2nd and it could be a reason for stress and anxiety to there who are planning to appear this year.

Not all anxiety or stress increases to a point that you end up studying less and worrying more that it becomes problematic.


There are two types of worry

  • Eustress (good stress) and

  • Distress (bad stress)

Infact a moderate amount of worry in daily life is not only normal, but perfectly adaptive.

So the idea must be channelize your stress, anxiety and nervousness regarding the exam, into making your preparation for the exm better and stronger.
